Texas Roadhouse was founded in 1993 in Indiana by Kent Taylor. The chain of American steakhouse restaurants specializes in steaks and serves a cuisine of ribs, chicken, and seafood. Texas Roadhouse hours are fairly limited, since most locations serve dinner and drinks only throughout the week, and then expand with a lunch offering only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Typical Texas Roadhouse hours are 3 PM to 10 PM on Monday - Thursday, and 11 AM to 11 PM on Fridays through Sundays. Some locations start even later, opening at 4 PM, and offer lunch only on weekends (not Fridays).
